      Pros

      good opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and quickly move up within the organization, ample overtime opportunities for those that want it

      Cons

      Salary compensation is lower than average so there is a high turnover rate for engineers. This causes a loss of expertise which leads to some difficulties. Shift work is not for everyone making for a difficult life work balance for off shift workers

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
