Good benefits, low stress (previously). Good technology and market positions

Cons

All the management is very new and are making major changes without explaining it at all well. A huge amount of change and turmoil, very uncertain outlook

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
