Good benefits. Affordable health coverage. Comprehensive time off. Accepts 0-2 years of experience for new hires so it's a great place to get experience in GMP manufacturing.
Cons
Low pay. No growth opportunities. Poor management. Understaffed departments. Overload of duties not in job descriptions (doing other departments work). Heavy workload (high focus on production schedule and meeting timelines have led to workplace accidents). Poor hiring and onboarding. Poor training program. Outdated technologies. Too many hardships that just become frustrations. If you're an overachiever, you will be taken advantage of.
