Pros

•will allow you entry into the workforce with little to no experience •will give you something to put on your resume

Cons

•not actual engineering work (more like a operator who knows how to troubleshoot anf fix things using rudimentary problem solving logic) •shift work without the benefits of being hourly

Pros

If you are lazy, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
