      No longer JM, Veranova now Decent 401K match

      Cons

      Little to no room for promotion/growth and when you are, pay isn't raised much. No motivation to work hard, bonuses are miniscule if even given. Managers only want to push production, don't necessarily care about workers. Don't fire anyone even if there's documentation of problems. Have to do many jobs outside of my technical job description. Lots of cleaning. No shift leads, never promoted anyone after they all left, responsibilities of leads pushed onto others without compensation.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
