      Pros

      You get to know how does a big corporation (company) function.

      Cons

      You understand that there is not much room for career advancement (growth) because it is a massive system, you are easily replaceable, and your job (tasks) can mean a lot to you (in terms of finishing them, be on time etc.), but they are just a tiny thing in the process of functioning of the company, therefore you are not being praised enough. Also, the salaries are terrible taking into account the amount of money the company is making.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
