      Pros

      The main company is fine. Great company history overall. However, the Chicago office, not so much

      Cons

      Massive turnover rate in people (especially if you are a white male). Reverse discrimination - DEI trainwreck. Information management system is not structured or workable, and constantly changing. It should not take hours to find a simple document for a client. No proper slide decks available and no understanding of their value in developing new business.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
