      Pros

      Great pay, easy to work your way up the company ladder if you give the effort. Constant career improvement. The hours are great as well with the benefits.

      Cons

      Management seems to only follow procedures for things when it pertains to them or if something goes wrong. They’re big on safety but are changing things up all the time which is fine but consistent behavior would help access colleagues below your rank.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
