      foot in the door to cnc machining. some nice people but very cliquey.

      Cons

      planning, processes, tenured favoritism, resistance to change, insane workloads for poor pay, complacency with mediocrity, lack of accountability/tom sawyer off work loads, major disconnect between middle management and next level managers, etc.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
