      Pros

      Generous pay for the role in which I was employed. Very good fringe benfits.

      Cons

      Regularly changing operational needs meant several periodic changes to the shift pattern with changes to pay, causing uncertainty and a feeling of lack of continuity. Several projects started and not completed, wasting huge amounts of money. Also a suspicion of nepotism when looking at who got promotions or other roles.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
