      Nepotisam, family members on menagers are sheriffs in the company, mobbing on workers evryday,10 workers in washcoat 15 Middle menagers on thet 10 workers, micromanaging,company in Skopje has 600 employees of them:100 workers,200 menagers,supervisors,tim leaders,200 HR and 100 administration,

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
