Management in the Shippensburg facility is terrible. They often scream at the employees, and expect the employees to know everything under the sun. They make sure employees follow the core values but they themselves don't even know what the core values are. They have no respect for employees and little to no respect for the customer. The work conditions while getting better are atrocious. They don't offer the nessicary PPE to there employees. They expect you to get the job done at all costs and if you can't they will degrade you, bully you and make an example out of you to keep the others in line. Shippensburg Pennsylvania also doesn't have an HR department they rely on Ohio's department. This makes launching a complaint nearly impossible, 90 percent of the time goes unheard. Yet they are quick to bully you when you call them out for there violations of core values, and fair employment practices.
