Good pay and benefits once all benefits like 401k match are taken into account. Stable job. Great place for work/life balance.
Cons
Company isn't growing and isn't making changes that will result in growth. The continued focus on the GA model is not the way to move forward. Lack of vision from the top leads to numerous unfinished projects and wasted time/money. There appears to be no coherent plan for revenue growth. A large # of employee abuse the work / life balance offered by KCL which means that work isn't getting done and hard workers are frustrated. Lack of accountability on that abuse means that poor performers stick around forever while motivated workers end up frustrated and move on to better jobs with more opportunity and fewer lazy people.
