Pros
The company is Growing, and currently very profitable. If you are in the right division you can be rewarded for this growth.
Cons
The company is trying to move into a more regulated and controlled segment of the market place. The upper management is not knowledgeable or trained in this area. Thus they spend most of their time fighting change and justifying their position while trying to minimize their accountability and place blame on other departments or individuals. The company spends more time creating a façade of great quality systems while they are unwilling to actually create and maintain quality. The equipment is antiquated and the training of personnel inadequate. The number of recalls (some not known to the customer, others publicly blamed on suppliers) is an indicator of a company that is out of control with regard to quality.
