Pros
If you want to be in an entrepreneurial, super creative environment, but don't want the risk of an early-stage VC-funded company, Kendo is a great place to be. The company operates like a start-up but has the financial backing and long time horizon of LVMH. The business is growing fast--it's a challenge to constantly be prioritizing and focusing on the most important projects. I'm never bored. The best part of my job is the opportunity to stretch and try new things because there's so much opportunity to do so.
Cons
Our hiring isn't keeping pace with our growth, so just about everyone in the company has gone through periods when they're doing more than one job. The people who succeed in this environment need to be comfortable with a bit of chaos and taking a lot of initiative.
