Pros
Kendo has an amazing set of brands that are continuing to grow. Supporting those great brands are some of the most talented and creative people in the industry. The office is beautiful with lots of food/beverages, and more social events or 'parties' than most companies.
Cons
You will see work/life balance repeat itself throughout all of these reviews and there's a reason for that...there is zero work/life balance. You have to live and breathe Kendo (or your brand) or you will not survive. While there are some extremely talented and creative people within the company, there are also those that make life miserable. Unfortunately, in many cases, those people are in management positions and can therefore influence careers of unsuspecting prey. There is a lot of talking behind backs (backstabbing), deflecting negative attention to other groups/people, lack of communication, and secret motives. This is not a collaborative environment, but more of an environment of 'protect yourself'. There is no protection, support or training for younger employees so many times they are working extremely hard with no career path forward and get thrown under the bus from their unqualified management. Unfortunately, Kendo will never get rid of the bad apples because they've been there for a lengthy period of time. Apparently you can act any way you want as long as you've been there for long enough.
