Pros
Kendo is an exciting fast paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your career. I have worked in the retail world for years and Kendo is one of the few organizations that really wants to be a leader in the industry (vs just talking about it) and allows its employees to make it happen. This makes for a unique, entrepreneurial and fun environment. I love the challenges, the work and most of all the people I get to work with are some of the best in the business. If you thrive working in a fast pace, growing company and like to take initiative, Kendo will be a great fit for you.
Cons
If you are used to very clear process and roles and responsibilities, Kendo may not be the place for you. The company is doing its best to keep up with the growth, but there is an opportunity to put in place some process and tools.
