Be forewarned - Anonymous employee Kendo Employee Review

Although Kendo houses some great brands and is becoming a bigger, more relevant player in industry, company has a ways to go in terms of developing its people, teams and leadership abilities of senior managers. Managers here are not managers- they’re literally just cranking:pushing stuff through for business and therefore, teams and people development is not a focus. This is fine to get name on your resume and learn about industry. But not great for long term growth. Short stint and high turnover speaks to this. Most disappointing is how: a) HR is boosting LinkedIn marketing with false advertising and without addressing problems reviews here bring up about company culture B) lack of accountability for managers to track team progress and mentoring/development C) there’s so much passive aggressive behavior and defensiveness here; people, you need to be collaborative and work with/not against each other!!
