Pros
There are a handful of really hard working people who are so sweet and so nice, but they never last long.
Cons
I don't even know where to begin. I worked for another LVMH maison and while nowhere is perfect, I could not believe how terrible Kendo was in comparison. They expect you to literally fight for everything you need to do your job. And even when you do fight for resources you may be told "I'm so sick of hearing about this" from leadership. Also the structuring is bizarre. Like others have mentioned 5 brands under one company leads to competition, but also Brand acts as this weird catchall for functions that honestly shouldn't be dealing with each other. Speaking of which, if you do work here expect to do the work of three people. Everyone has at least one "side hustle". There are no absolutely perks to working here. It is super cut off from LVMH. I honestly have no idea why LVMH hasn't totally shut this place down. The brands that do well under Kendo should be standalones, maybe then they'd realize just how terribly they're running these brands. TLDR - this place is the slum of LVMH, if you hold any sort of value for you sanity do not work here.
