Pros
-Gratis -Friendly people at management level -Total rewards -Free food -Interesting projects -Autonomy, depending on department -LVMH on your resume
Cons
-Complete lack of processes across every department -Advancement is broken up into too many levels, it's unnecessary and only helps them to keep employees down while expecting them to operate many levels above their pay grade -The turnover across the Fenty Beauty team is high due to people who are not held accountable by upper management for their horrific behavior of lower level employees despite having policies like don't be an A-HOLE, leadership does not follow this -They continue to layoff employees and refuse to be transparent about this practice, expect people left behind to absorb all the work when everyone was overworked to begin with without telling them who has been let go -The company has existed long enough that they are no longer a startup but due to mismanagement of funds, continue to operate as such much to the overall company detriment -Rather than invest in employees and actual growth, they spend money on hideous branded merch and extravagant events then layoff a bunch of people to balance the books -If you get hired here, keep your options open, continue to apply and use it as a stepping stone, upper management keeps the purse strings tight and opportunity for advancement dangling until you get fed up and leave or are laid off
