Best group of people I've ever worked with! Leadership is super accessible and totally transparent. The CEO genuinely cares for all employees and that is demonstrated through our amazing company benefits and perks! 100% paid medical benefits for my whole family, flexible schedules, unlimited PTO, matching 401k, lots of holidays and a break every year between Christmas and New Years. This is a company that actually does what they say they are going to do and trusts all employees to do their best work!

We are growing fast! We've added a lot of employees quickly which always presents challenges. I am confident the leadership team will guide us well!

Kevel has an incredible work culture that's both flexible and supportive. We also offer excellent comprehensive benefits, and the team is made up of truly incredible people!

There are limited growth opportunities for promotion in certain roles and teams and career paths can be a bit unclear.

Priorities shift often (internal, product, etc) and the CS team isn't always well enabled to lead customers through those transition with a minimum of friction. Pretty common pain points for company of this size, and CS orgs
