Pros
Great company, amazing people, very flexible and family oriented, awesome culture, everyone is very nice and supportive. Management is great and not too overbearing or micromanaging, good training, good commission structure and can make big commissions once ramped up
Cons
low base pay for industry, you don't have job security unless you're actually good at the job and do well... they will fire you if you don't produce, they aren't up-front about the 3 month "trial" period that you get. While you are in "training" for 3 months you are basically in a trial period until you "graduate" (which you must do well to graduate) and if you don't hit the standards in place they fire you which was not made clear in the beginning, they will just let you go if you don't do well
