Relatively stable, nice offices, improving perks as company finances stabilize, friendly coworkers, upper management did at least make efforts to communicate with entire company
Cons
Health insurance costs increasing rapidly as benefits decline. Company increased employee contribution even when premiums remained flat Few opportunities for growth Severe disconnects between management and employees - it sometimes felt like managers were in a completely different company dedicated to projects
