Employees are stretched incredibly thin. Departments are understaffed and consistently running behind TATs. Corporate restructuring has resulted in increases in quality issues from workloads, morale is generally poor amongst coworkers. Quality managment includes a system of shifting blame and no real implementation of process improvement.
