Pros

Always something new to learn or some process being updated, so it's never boring on the clinical side of the company. Lab experience will benefit you immensely, so recommended to work as a lab assistant or technologist before moving into remote roles

Cons

Poor staffing coverage, low pay - the best way to bump your pay is with department/role transfers

Pros

Gained lots of experience, and had decent benefits with lots of PTO. Quit growing and received Pay raises decently fast.

Cons

Very understaffed, and training was disorganized and unregulated. Mistakes are fireable offenses without any repercussions for those who trained the people who made the mistakes. Management seems very overwhelmed.

Cons

Quite a few times required to change shifts days or work extra to accommodate studies, staff annual leave or sickness Overbooking work in leaving it short staffed and not getting any extra help Managers who never know the answer Bullying / toxic culture Managers who don't pretend to care Being made to feel guilty for being ill Being short staffed in general
