Pros

Has remote positions and offers hands on training.

Cons

The training was rushed and they expected you to have the information memorized in a matter of 2 weeks max and during those 2 weeks, they were adding other platforms that you had to learn all while taking calls from real customers.

Pros

Learned what I do not want in an employer.

Cons

Do not care about staff members as people, see and treat them as inhuman. They treat the animals even worse. The onboarding training team has gotten worse in the years I’ve been there. I had alright trainers but when I left, they were hiring anybody to train since they kept losing employees. The trainers yell at new staff, and are judgmental even when the trainee had disability. These trainers are also romantically involved with their trainees, and hooked up with them around the animals.

Pros

Gained lots of experience, and had decent benefits with lots of PTO. Quit growing and received Pay raises decently fast.

Cons

Very understaffed, and training was disorganized and unregulated. Mistakes are fireable offenses without any repercussions for those who trained the people who made the mistakes. Management seems very overwhelmed.
