Overwork, everyday ,every hour Some of the most cruel and hateful managers in the Indian job market, especially Girish and his band The top brass has no clue of what happens at roots Salaries are 30k max for a person with a PHD You'll be worked on Diwali, independence day, republic day, any holiday without overtime. If you deny to do overtime, you'll be threatened with bad reviews. Even if you have commendation from people you work with, your Indian manager will always complian about you. Managers take leave anytime, leave office anytime, but expect everyone to work stay sticked to it every breath. Managers do not consider the leaves of an employee theirs, requests are straight up denied. After all this, they'll send you an email your quality is not good enough. Even if you finish your work everyday staying up till 3,4am in the morning.
