Pros
Anywhere but DFW is better. Commission only works if your in a store that's making it. So many managers will lie that they're store is making commission. They're not. And once you ask, they'll say it's all your fault even though your whole team has to be coherent and responsible to fulfill the sales goal each week to make commission. Very few stores in dfw will actually give you commission every week. The others will just hype it out.
Cons
The management in DFW is insane, unless you work at the best store here then you might enjoy it. But the upper management in DFW sucks, abunch of lies. So many empty promises, unless your working in a store that makes the region millions your unimportant, even then a promise will take months to fulfill.
