Pros
Liaison has contracted me out to a larger corporation. Overall, the experience has been more or less faultless. Firstly, I'm extremely grateful for having met Scott Huber, Liaison's Director of Talent Strategy. If it wasn't for his careful consideration of my experience, skills, and talent, I may have never gotten the opportunity. It's extremely refreshing to feel seen in corporate America, which is how his personalized support has made me feel throughout my time with Liaison. The rest of the team too has been professional, approachable, kind, and extremely capable. I've never had to wait long for an answer to any question or request. Whether reaching to Cindy, Mora, Amy, or Ben, I've always been met with support and patience. I'm also grateful for Dave Claunch, the Founder and President of Liaison. Whether through responding to my email on the weekend or sending his birthday wishes, he too has made me feel valued as a person and a member of the team. Liaison also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401k matching, etc.
Cons
Currently, the health insurance plan is a bit pricey in that with the buy up option, the copay for certain office visits is $55. The base plan is covered by Liaison fully.
