Pros

I met some of the most fantastic people. Those people believed in me and I was one of the fortunate few that moved up the ladder rather quickly. I enjoyed the families I worked with, and I enjoyed the opportunities I had to travel and expand my horizons. I learned a lot about myself and my capabilities, which was great.

Cons

The hours. The pay. After a few years they replaced all the big thinkers with the money slashers, business heads were dictating photography, benefits of working for the company were constantly being cut, expectations were constantly being increased when it was obvious the division as a whole wasn't producing, the workload in certain jobs got very heavy and with no monetary compensation. New endeavors were rushed into and mishandled, probably costing money when their strategy was designed to be cost effective. I learned a lot about the corporate world, and a lot of that became negative.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
