Diverse product line, in some cases company was on the cutting edge of high volume image capture.
Cons
The company drives home the idea of esop to its employees and it really makes you believe that you will walk away with a financial windfall. Nothing can be further than the truth. They created this as a means to not have to pay out retirement to its full time employees. A very unstable retirement benefit if you have a company loosing ground and stock percentage. Management is ineffective andany do not know the business. As a retired employee and see others I know who have left but are still to young to remove their esop, they will have nothing if this company continues as it is allowing managers who really don't understand what they are doing, to bring this once giant to just a less than fond memory.
