Pros

Sometimes the moments you capture are cute and sometimes your co workers and costumers make it worth it.

Cons

-They book appointments every 15 minutes to be greedy so it always ends up in a huge disaster during the high season. -They text you to Schedule you for the next day the night before. Never give you your Schedule in advance -Management has favorites -No room for growth, no raises after your reach 10 / Hr unless you become a manager. Which might take you 10 years + in the company, a lot of a... kissing and it may never happen. -Everyone has an attitude, even the costumers. -No incentives, bonuses, nothing! -Manager extremely unprofessional -You can't use any of the work you produce there for your portfolio

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
