Pros

Working with professional equipment and meeting new people at different locations.

Cons

Long hours, commission sales only, co-workers who have been on the job for years are either aloof or have negative attitudes, the training was very informal and very little, get thrown into situations that could be avoided with proper communication. Company does not provide the correct tools to properly do job. They expect you to use your personal email address and cell phone minutes with no offer to reimburse. Mileage pay is not the actual IRS stated mileage pay. Low morale.

The culture at Lifetouch is truly unbeatable. The company and it's employees are very passionate about what we do as a whole. Good work/life balance.

I do feel as though we could look at more ways for people to grow in their career here at Lifetouch.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
