Pros

Nice coworkers, ample overtime during busy season, and sometimes you will have a nice early quitting time depending on school size and location.

Cons

Car constantly full of gear, low wages($12/hr), no benefits offered the first year, no 401k options, wishy washy management, faulty gear, almost no creativity needed, plus there a few months where it's so dead that you will need to file for unemployment.
