Pros

They were very nice and when one of the employees took both cameras home and then was two hours late arriving at the church to take the pictures, they put the staff in front of the line.

Cons

After being two hours late getting started the first day, I think things went OK after that. They used my music rehearsal room to show the pictures to customers then left the room in a mess. Nothing was put back where it belonged - tables, filing cabinets and some misc. things including a handmade banner on the floor with stuff on top of it. I cannot move these things so now someone has to put things back where they were so the room is usable again.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
