Pros

You get to work with a variety of clients and bring to fruition their portrait needs. You learn how to pose and work with many ages in a short time.

Cons

You have to take photos in 20 min increments or 10 min on very busy days. [esp during the holidays] and it becomes quite stressful. I prefer to have more time with clients, which would help people feel more comfortable, esp those under the age of 5. Another con is that you don't have that much time to be creative with each guest since it is usually rushed. So if you have a background in photography, this job destroys your creative spirit a lot of the time and you start to lose your passion for the medium that you once began with.

The culture at Lifetouch is truly unbeatable. The company and it's employees are very passionate about what we do as a whole. Good work/life balance.

Cons

I do feel as though we could look at more ways for people to grow in their career here at Lifetouch.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
