Pros

Very focused on quality photography, nice equipment. Employee owned, focused on growing for the future.

Cons

Management out of touch with needs in field. All about esop but most not making it to time to take advantage of it. Employees driving retirement for executives. As an employee owned company I would think people who generate that income would benefit more than the execs. Pay differential to great. Most field employees Below Poverty Level, this should be embarrassing to an employee owned company.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
