Pros

Entry level job, good if you wanted to gain experience.

Cons

The "customer is always right" mentality resulted in a lot of customers treating the employees pretty poorly. Morale was low and resentment was high. It was ridiculous what customers expected for the prices they were willing to pay. Also, it was pretty clear that management didn't value employees as people, but only as part of the bottom line.

This was a great place to work. Really lovely people. Very much felt like a team. Management was accessible and everyone was willing to answer questions.

Cons

None. Except the internet was always going out.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
