Pros

This office is in Illinois. It was family owned and then purchased by Lifetouch. It’s important to mention that because all of the bad things of a small family run business are right there. The people that run the office have worked there for YEARS there is a huge click that is impenetrable. That really wouldn’t be a problem but it’s an office of 10, and that’s hard. Training is at a minimum and touching base to make sure you have your job down correctly simply won’t happen. The way they treat there photographers is deplorable. Works them so hard that they finally just quit. Now, having said all of that the corporate office was wonderful to work with. Each person I spoke to was extremely professional. It’s a shame they’re not aware of the mess in Maryville.

Cons

1.No consistent training. 2. Personal lives are too intertwined with office people. 3. Office people have zero respect for the photographers

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
