Pros

Literally no pros at all. Quitting was the highlight after being there a few years.

Cons

Management: Out of touch with reality. Works from home and then is a hypocrite to say the company doesn't support work from home accommodations (unless you're in management then the rules don't apply). Pay is a joke as in if you've been working for the company a while, you will be paid less than the new hires and they don't give you a raise. You are responsible for all these accounts to help the account managers who make a commission off these schools and you are responsible for SO much but yet your pay will not reflect your responsibilities but they will be the FIRST to come at you when you make a mistake. Management will not have your back. Ever. Accuse first, ask questions never, and if you show proof that they are wrong, you won't receive an apology. I've never worked for such a horrible person until I got to Lifetouch. There's a complete lack of respect from upper management. Like literal lack of human decency. The expectations are low and even that they couldn't meet. Double-standards. Hypocrisy. You name it. How can you have someone in a leadership role who doesn't know the first thing about how the job operates (literally, no exaggeration)? How can you have someone in leadership who doesn't even know what our correct job titles are? Or even gets your name wrong frequently? Or doesn't even come to your office and when they do, leaves by noon to go home? I would rather work anywhere else than to ever work here or with this manager again.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
