Pros

none, There are no Pros. Heavy Luggage, "How can I help support you" phone calls when you're doing just fine. Shotty Training, and ask for the same money three times. (Once when you get hired, once when you ask your supervisor if you can do something for Misc. and AGAIN when you log your work. WOW.

Cons

the tasks they require you to do do NOT Fit into the number of hours you are approved for in this PART TIME job. They'll make you drive out of town to get supervised, so, they'll make you go out of your way to have your less than best performance (after driving farther than you usually do) criticized. Change your schedule last minute with no notice. There are about 6 phone apps yo u need. 7 different hands and none know what the other is doing. Martyr Work!!

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
