Pros

Can’t think of any good reason to waste time with this company

Cons

This is not photography. You won’t learn anything about photography as the shoots are completely thought out ahead of time by management with zero creativity, or flexibility. They don’t even know the basics of photography. And they are super mean and controlling. Its stifling. You may learn to hate photography if you work here. Everything they tell you in training is a lie. All of the promises are lies. You will not work where they say you will. They will force you to work way out of your area and the gas fees are astronomical and the time wasted on the road. They will force you to work when you don’t want to and punish you if you refuse. It’s an extremely manipulative environment. Childish, abusive, manipulative, and controlling. You could be happier almost anywhere else and almost any other job.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
