      Flexible Schedule Weekends off All school holidays off Pays for gas to and from jobs Pays .56 per mile for wear and tear

      Cons

      Hours The pay for a photographer is super low Old faulty equipment having to load and unload your car with all of the equipment (Takes up entire trunk and back seat in all sedans.) Only focused on office profits and underpays all employess

      Pros

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
