Pros

The quality of product sold and it's fast turn time on delivery from it's many production plants, when they get it right. Many sales tools to help in selling many product options. Cutting edge technology in the field for photographers. Good health plan if you qualify.

Cons

ESOP, not the golden egg as many might think. It is taxed, & paid out over time and if you do not work full time, you do not qualify for it. It is based on company performance and when it does poorly the stock goes down and you lose points from your ESOP savings since it is based on stock & company performance. ESOP was the cheaper way to go than giving a retirement plan. Company save a lot of money. Site Managment has total control of each site, so if you work for a site that is commissioned, and you have a less than generous manager, you will not earn what you should based on hours worked. Photographers have much more to do than they are compensated for. Poor field management in many sites. Little to no advancement at the site level as well, so if you are looking to climb the ladder, this is not the company to do it in at a site level. The Company will post managers at sites that have no sales experience with no sales manager as well. How do you help a sales team when you know nothing about how and what they do. In closing, not all sites are as I explain, but they are far and few, so if you get into the right site, it can be fun, but work in the wrong one...

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
