Pros

Summers are off and the seasonal aspect of the job is great. You will learn skills to shoot hundreds of subject matter in a day. Develop skills when it comes to communicate with kids and teens. You'll get to know amazing photographers. Overtime and milage payments are normally generous compare to wages.

Cons

Benefits are taking for ever I mean years to arrive! Compare to the effort and your contribution, your wage is nothing, When you do grad photos you have to work on camera almost 12 hours a day with the drive and everything. There is not much loyalty from the company's side towards photographers.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
