Pros

A few good people still work there. They are keeping it together, otherwise it would be a bigger disaster.

Cons

Too many to mention. Basically work when they need you. Don’t take care of the veterans by making sure they work. Would pick inexperienced photographers over more qualified and tested photographers that were closer to save money on mileage. Pretty much all but 4 people are no longer considered full time. No paid days off. Treated terrible!!! Laid off up to 6 months a year and expect to keep quality staffing.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
