Pros
There are amazing people that truly care and make it worth coming to work. There is opportunity to move within the company. Moving up the ladder is the issue.
Cons
1. Unrealistic expectations. 2. Executive Management believes that their title allows them to do as they please with any department with little regard on the staffing issues. 3. The compensation continues to be a problem. The amount of responsibilities and duties do not match the pay at all. Some days I have to choose between LoanCare and my family. 4. They say they care about work life balance, but they do not. Year after year they experience the same issues and have yet to learn from their mistakes. 5. Once you reach 10 yrs, you can a plaque and get to choose $50 value gift if that. You get no bonus or vacation time. There is no true incentive for being 10 years with the company. 6. Upper management is only concerned in telling our COO and CEO along with the clients what they want to hear. 7. You can be the most dedicated employee, and follow all the policies and procedures. But the minute a client complains about something even when its not valid, upper management will not back you up. As a result, you look foolish and appear to lack knowledge in-front of the client. 8. We take on more work with less people until we completely burn them out and then wonder why we have so many missed opportunities. 9. Favoritism in some departments to keep up with the internal political favors. Some departments have more managers and vp’s than necessary. Meanwhile the employees are not getting proper raises. 10. Management does extremely poorly in recognizing the supervisors who break their back to keep the teams together all the while they neglect to recognize them as they are in the front lines not only leading the teams but also holding it together in one of the most difficult climates we have endured. 11. Upper management likes to make promises and sound good at the expense of those doing the actual jobs. 12. The moral is extremely low, which has resulted in the extreme turnover rate. 13. We have been dealing with covid for over 2 years and the default team still can properly manage it or report on it. 14. All the years LoanCare has been in business and still can’t design a proper customer service center with teams that can resolve actual issues instead of opening multiple task to help a borrower on the first call. Why must they call 10+ times to get assistance. 15. They say there is a hiring freeze, but then send multiple emails reflecting promotions to VP’s that more than likely wouldn’t stay in a position for a year. 16. The department in charge of maintaining client relationships grows further and further aways from the actual goal and has consistently separated itself from what their job should be. Instead its everyones job to ensure the clients needs are all met but then wonder why the clients obtain either conflicting information or information they shouldn’t have. Meanwhile that team is full or managers and vp that get paid a-lot more than others but have zero accountability. There is no partnership. 17. HR is a joke. They do not help and do not investigate actual issues that should be investigated. If you report something they treat you like the problem and make judgmental comments rather than assisting in the conflicts.
