Pros

This company have no pros at all. They need to be shut down expeditiously.

Cons

The training sucks, they pull seasoned employees from other department and throw them into customer service with only days of training and the grade them on the calls, only to write them up because they failed the calls due to lack of knowledge from the bs training they provided. They will call you on a Thursday advising you being thrown into another department only to give you an ultimatum to sign transfer paperwork before your shift starts the following Monday or you voluntarily terminate you position. They do that so you cant get unemployment benefits. this company is trash. You literally have to be on your death bed to get an approved day off of work. You request time off months in advance and they deny it always changing your schedule at the last minute and writing you up for taking denied time off to go to the doctor for being depressed because of dealing with rude and irate customers calling in all day back to back. If i could give zero stars I would.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at LoanCare. The company is fast-paced, but if you’re motivated and willing to learn, there are endless opportunities to grow. Leadership has made noticeable efforts to improve communication, support professional development, and recognize hard work. What stands out the most is the people, talented teams across Recruiting, Training, HR, Operations, and Servicing who genuinely care about the work they do and the customers we serve. Collaboration is encouraged, and cross-department support is strong. LoanCare also makes a consistent effort to improve employee engagement, whether through newsletters, resources, events, or ongoing development programs. The company values tenure and celebrates employee milestones, which speaks to the stability of the organization. Like any large company, things move quickly, and priorities can shift, but overall LoanCare provides a solid environment for people who want to develop their careers, take on new challenges, and contribute to meaningful work.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may feel overwhelming at times Some processes are evolving and require adaptability
