Pros

The only pros of this position were remote work and bonuses.

Cons

this company has horrible training, benefits, and management. they question vacation requests for one day off if you don't put them in several months in advance. The training is horrible and if you have questions VPs and mangers don't even know the answers to help you. This job is not worth the pay because you will be completely stressed every shift due to poor leadership. Honestly the call trainers are a joke. Working for loancare is a complete waste of time. again the VPs have no idea about policy or produces. if you enjoy getting yelled at for 8 hours by customers this is the place for you

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at LoanCare. The company is fast-paced, but if you’re motivated and willing to learn, there are endless opportunities to grow. Leadership has made noticeable efforts to improve communication, support professional development, and recognize hard work. What stands out the most is the people, talented teams across Recruiting, Training, HR, Operations, and Servicing who genuinely care about the work they do and the customers we serve. Collaboration is encouraged, and cross-department support is strong. LoanCare also makes a consistent effort to improve employee engagement, whether through newsletters, resources, events, or ongoing development programs. The company values tenure and celebrates employee milestones, which speaks to the stability of the organization. Like any large company, things move quickly, and priorities can shift, but overall LoanCare provides a solid environment for people who want to develop their careers, take on new challenges, and contribute to meaningful work.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may feel overwhelming at times Some processes are evolving and require adaptability
