I’ve had a very positive experience working at LoanCare. The company is fast-paced, but if you’re motivated and willing to learn, there are endless opportunities to grow. Leadership has made noticeable efforts to improve communication, support professional development, and recognize hard work. What stands out the most is the people, talented teams across Recruiting, Training, HR, Operations, and Servicing who genuinely care about the work they do and the customers we serve. Collaboration is encouraged, and cross-department support is strong. LoanCare also makes a consistent effort to improve employee engagement, whether through newsletters, resources, events, or ongoing development programs. The company values tenure and celebrates employee milestones, which speaks to the stability of the organization.
